Refund and Returns Policy

HAAS aims to give you a straightforward, trustworthy shopping experience. You may return or exchange an order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions below.

1. When a return or exchange is accepted

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is in its original condition: unused, unopened and undamaged by the customer.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, including any accessories or gifts.
  • Products damaged through improper storage or use by the customer are not accepted.

3. Refunds

Once a return is approved, the amount paid is refunded within a maximum of 7 business days from the date we receive the returned product. Refunds are issued by one of the following:

  • Instant transfer via InstaPay
  • To a mobile wallet such as Vodafone Cash or Orange Money, where available to you
  • In cash, collected from our head office at Building 111, 2nd Floor, Apartment 6, Yasmeen District, near Petro Sport Stadium, New Cairo

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, you cover the shipping cost both for returning the original item and for delivering the replacement.

5. What cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Products that have been opened, or damaged through improper storage or use by the customer.
  • Products bought in a final clearance sale, where this was stated clearly at the time of purchase.

6. Refusing an order on delivery

You can open the package and check your order before you pay. If you refuse an order when the courier arrives, the courier collects a refusal fee of 75 EGP to cover the cost of returning the shipment to us.
